Julian and Melanie have been dancing together for 7 years now and have
worked hard to achieve great success.They moved from Australia in 2004
to better all aspects of their dancing and also to experience some travelling
within the UK and Europe.
Julian was born in a small town called Gin Gin, Central Queensland,
Australia, and Melanie was born in Townsville, North Queensland Australia.
Following their move to England they have been dancing in London, they
have been making semi-finals and finals of all the local and major
championships and their best result to date is becoming the 2005 Australian
Professional Latin Champions, placing 21st in this year’s World
Championships in Russia & making the top 24 couples at the British
Open Professional Latin in Cha Cha and Paso Doble.
Julian and Melanie have been working with some of the top latin coaches
in the world such as Karen Hardy, Shirley Ballas, Graham Oswick & Richard
Porter and find them inspiration for their own dancing.
