1. From Oxford take the A40 westbound towards Witney and Cheltenham.
2. Drive approximately 10 miles and continue until the road widens into a dual carriageway.
3. After a further half mile ignore the turning off to the left for access to Witney Town.
4. Continue along the A40, now downhill, for one-and-a-half miles until you reach the second junction marked Abingdon A415 and descend left along the exit sliproad to a roundabout.
5. At the roundabout take the third exit marked Abingdon A415 (Ducklington By Pass) and continue for half a mile, taking the first turn left at a staggered cross roads. This is Aston Road, Ducklington.
6. Continue for 200 yards with a school on your right and the church ahead (it is illuminated at night). At the T-junction ahead turn right for Standlake, leaving the pond and green on your left side and turn immediately left after 40 yards into a narrow road. You now have trees on the right and the open green on the left. Park along this access road on the righthand side under the trees.
7. Continue on foot to the end of the road. The village hall is situated on the righthand corner, opposite Pond Cottage. Turn right before passing by the building and find the entrance at the back, close to the gated entrance to the Old Rectory.
